Puma Just Gets Bigger and Bigger and Bigger, Bigger......

This billboard is near the Puma store on Houston street in NYC. It just shows how the Puma, Rickie Fowler campaign just keeps on growing.  Coincidently before I saw the sign my cousin bought himself the exact same hat Rickie is wearing.

Bags? Puma?

Puma Limited Edition Golf Bag

Has anyone heard about Rickie Fowler and the whole Puma apparel trend ? Well on top of their clothing line Puma recently released a new limited edition cart bag.

This bag is one of a kind, it is filled with color, boldness plus it is highly functional. This bag is highly functional it provides many pockets to keep anything you need in on the course. For players with caddies or who dont mind carrying this big bag there are 2 grips to hold on the top and bottom plus a comfortable strap. What makes it unique is its design. The base if the bag is a pure white, the 2nd layer of color are black stripes that give the bag a clean new look. The stripes are scattered around the bag on different pockets and different places. The extra ordinary part of the bag is the rainbow of colors on the top pocket of the bag. The colors make this bag one of a kind.

This bag suits Puma best, its new bright colors is something different. Golf is a sport that you can add your twists and corky little touches to, well Puma has done so to a golf BAG! Now that Puma has added color and flare to their apparel it seems like they are going to take that inspiration and run with it. Adding color and twists to everything. Now we just wait to see what Puma will add their touch to next.

If you are a connoisseur for color and flare the Limited Edition Puma Golf Bag is the bag for you.

My Grudge

" Man I am I really digging those Hugo Boss shirts." As a kid who is always looking to show some nice new style on the course I look to the brands as well as the pros to show me the cutting edge in golf wear. Spending my time looking at these styles is great but as a kid trying to purchase these new looks can be frustrating and sometimes impossible. For instance, take Rickie Fowler's completely orange suit. I have looked and looked but there is nothing like it in a junior size. It was shocking to me because, how come my dad can look like a pro or have cool styles and I can't? I stopped searching for that Puma suit and tried another top player brand, Hugo Boss. Hugo Boss does not even make kids apparel. I scratched those 72 type brands and now look to the more comercial companies such as Nike, Adidas and Under Armor. I often check out The Golf Warehouse (tgw.com) to see what the kids are wearing. These companies usually produce a small line for juniors each season but they do not feature any of the fashion pieces from the men's lines. I do appreciate their efforts but would like to see more detail and style then just the basic solid black or white shorts. There are usually a couple of shirts but again, they are your basic solid or striped.

But as I look up at my dad and see him in the new half striped black and white sweater from Hugo Boss, I can't but help think why i can't look as good on the links. and by the way, i'm a better golfer than my dad.
